Instructions: 1. Cut cantaloupe and honeydew into thin wedges; remove rind. Arrange melon wedges around edge of large platter.
2. Cut Jarlsberg cheese into thin, bite-size strips. Thinly slice red pepper. 3. In medium bowl, with wire whisk or fork, mix olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, caraway seeds, and black pepper. Add broccoli coleslaw, cheese strips, and red pepper; toss gently to coat with dressing. 4. Spoon broccoli slaw in center of platter.
