Instructions: Saute onion in olive oil about 5 minutes until tender. Add garlic. Cook 1 minute.
Add stock, broccoli, potato, parsley and tarragon. Over medium-high heat, bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
