Instructions: Cook broccoli in boiling salted water, just until bright green and tender crisp, 8 - 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt butter; blend in flour, salt, and milk. Cook, whisking, until sauce is thickened and smooth. Stir in the lemon juice. Blend in the mayonnaise and Parmesan. Arrange cooked, drained broccoli in shallow dish or casserole that is ovenproof. Pour sauce over broccoli. Decorate dish with cherry tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until heated through. Or, cover and refrigerate if desired. Then bake for 20 minutes. Tip: If you like, you can mix broccoli and cauliflower. Email this Recipe:
