Instructions: Steam the broccoli in a vegetable steamer until al dente (slightly crunchy). Boil the baby carrots in water to cover until just fork tender. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and carrots. Add the melted margarine and parmesan cheese and toss to coat and mix the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. Serve immediately with grilles steaks.
