Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 med bunch broccoli
1 tbl olive oil
4 x green onions, chopped
2 x cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp crushed dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 x crushed pasilla chile, stem & seeds removed
1/2 cup white wine
Instructions:
Instructions: Wash the broccoli and cut off the tough part of the stems. Place in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook or steam over hot water-until just tender. Place in a warm bowl and keep warm.

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Saute the onions and garlic for 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in the parsley and turn off the heat. Let cool for a couple of minutes, then place in a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Add the lemon juice, thyme, salt, pepper, chile, wine, and mustard and blend.

Return to the saucepan and simmer over low heat until hot through. Pour over the hot broccoli and serve at once.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Great with a white fish such as halibut.
