Instructions: 1. In 1-quart microwavable casserole, microwave pignolias on high (100%) for 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds, until toasted. Transfer pignolias to a plate; set aside.
2. In same casserole combine pepper, onion and garlic; cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes, until onion is translucent. Add broccoli and 1/4 cup water and stir to combine; cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking, until broccoli is tender. Drain water and discard. 3. Return pignolias to casserole; stir to combine and let stand for 1 minute. NOTES : The red bell pepper, if used, should be cut in strips. Email this Recipe:
