Instructions: Blend soy, cornstarch, sugar. Add water and set aside.
Heat wok or skillet and add sesame oil. Add garlic and saute 30 seconds. Add broccoli and carrots, and stir to coat. Add a few drops water and cover. Cook 4-5 minutes, checking to see if more water is needed. Remove garlic pieces when broccoli and carrots are tender. Add soy mixture and stir. Stir in oyster sauce and optional nuts.
