2 cup Broccoli Stalks
3 tbl Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Cumin
4 x Cloves Garlic
1 x Green Chili Pepper or 2 t Jalapeno sauce
1/2 sm Onion
Instructions:
Instructions: A no-fat guacamole, surprisingly good.

Cook broccoli stems until soft. Place first 6 items in food processor & blend
until smooth
Add tomato & mix.

Toast corn or wheat (flour) tortillas until crisp.
