1 x broiler-fryer leg-thigh combination
2 tbl butter, melted
1 tsp brandy (real or flavoring)
1/8 tsp garlic powder
63/1000 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: In shallow dish mix together butter, brandy, garlic powder and pepper. Add leg-thigh combination, turning to coat evenly. Sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon seasoning salt.

Place chicken on small broiler pan, skin side up.

Broil at 400 about 6 inches from heat for 10 minutes. Turn, brushing with remaining butter mixture and sprinkle with remaining seasoning salt.

Broil about 15 minutes longer or until fork-tender.
