1/2 lb	backfin crabmeat cartilage, and
	shells removed
2 tbl	low-fat mayonnaise
2 tbl	Dijon mustard
3 tbl	minced onion
1 x	egg

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Broil 6 inches from heat source, 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve immediately.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
