Instructions: Cut each grapefruit in half and section. Place 1 tablespoon sherry on each serving and allow it to work in. Sprinkle a teaspoon of brown sugar on each and top with a teaspoon butter. Place 3 inches under broiler for a few minutes until bubbly. Top with a cherry and serve immediately.
