2 tbl Margarine, or butter, melted
1 tsp Dried basil, crushed
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/8 tsp Pepper
2 med Potatoes, diagonally sliced to 1/4-inch thick
1/4 cup Grated parmesan
Instructions:
Instructions: Stir together margarine or butter basil, paprika, garlic powder and pepper.

Place potato slices in a single layer on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Brush margarine mixture over both sides of potato slices. Broil about 5-inches from the heat for 8 to 9 minutes until potatoes begin to brown.

Turn potatoes, using a wide spatula. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil for an additional 4 to 6 minutes until potatoes are tender.
