4 x frozen beef tenderloin steaks, cut 1 inch thick (approx. 4 ounces each)
2 x baking potatoes, cut in two
6 x lengthwise wedges each
1 tbl olive oil
1 tsp dried basil leaves, crushed
I tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 17 to 22 minutes

Place frozen beef tenderloin steaks on one side of rack in broiler pan; arrange potatoes on other side. Combine oil, basil and pepper. Brush potatoes with seasoned oil. Place pan under broiler so surface of meat is 5 to 6 inches from heat. Broil steaks and potatoes 17 to 22 minutes for rare to medium and until potatoes are tender, turning steaks and potatoes once. Remove steaks and potatoes to warm platter. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Season with salt, if desired. 4 servings.
