Instructions: Place tuna steaks in a single layer in a shallow dish. Combine lime juice, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, ginger and cinnamon and mix well. Pour mixture over fish and cover. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, turning the tuna steaks once.
Remove fish and reserve marinade for basting. Place fish in a broiler pan or dish and broil about 4 inches from the heat source for 3 minutes. Baste fish and broil 2 minutes longer. Turn steaks and baste. Cook for 3 more minutes, baste and place slivered almonds on top of the tuna steaks. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more or until tuna begins to flake. Do not overcook.
