4 cup defatted rich-tasting broth
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tsp honey
4 oz fresh asparagus trimmed, and
cut into 1" pieces
4 oz canned baby corn drained
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine broth, vinegar and honey in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Add asparagus and corn; simmer until asparagus is tender and bright green, about 3 minutes. Add chives.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
