1/4 cup	vegetable broth or water
1 tbl	olive oil or canola oil
2 tbl	unsulphured molasses
1 tbl	soy sauce
1 cup	all-purpose flour unbleached
1 cup	whole wheat flour
1 cup	instant brown rice
1/2 tsp	pepper
1 tbl	vital wheat gluten
1/2 tsp	active dry yeast
1 lrg	Loaf:
3/4 cup	vegetable broth or water
5 tsp	olive oil or canola oil
3 tbl	unsulphured molasses
2 tbl	soy sauce
3/4 cup	all-purpose flour unbleached
3/4 cup	whole wheat flour
1/2 cup	instant brown rice
1 tsp	pepper
5 tbl	vital wheat gluten

Instructions:

Instructions: Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
