Instructions: Peel oranges and cut each crosswise into 1/4" thick slices. Divide oranges evenly between 2 plates. Combine brown sugar and vinegar and drizzle mixture over oranges. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.
NOTES : I tried it and thought it was pretty good, considering that the oranges were getting here (MN) arent the best. I would definitely try it again when the oranges are sweeter and juicier. Oh, this is sooo good!! A real favorite of mine! To dress this up for company or just to make it special for yourself, use Blood oranges instead of or mixed with the Navel oranges.
