Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin cups with paper cups. Combine mix, water, oil, and egg with spoon. Fill cups. Press peanut butter cups until top edge of candy is even with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes. Do not overbake. Cupcake = 230 calories.

This recipe is quick and for kids-of all ages. It is a favorite flavor combination of mine-peanut butter and chocolate.
