In a large bowl combine first five ingredients. With a pastry blender, cut in shortening until evenly distributed. Store in a large airtight container. Keeps for 10 to 12 weeks. Brownies (from bulk mix): In a mixing bowl combine first four ingredients. Beat with spoon until smooth. Spread into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until top is done. Cut while still warm. Dust with confectioners sugar if desired. Makes 9 brownies. Email this Recipe:
