1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 pch Baking powder
1/3 cup Cocoa
1/2 cup Oil
2 tsp Vanilla
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix ingredients together and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 35 minutes
