Ingredients:

2 x (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup butter
4 lrg eggs
2 cup sugar
2 tbl vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Fudge icing (recipe follows)
----------------- Fudge Icing: ----------------
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1 cup sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook chocolate and butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat until melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cool mixture slightly.

Beat eggs and net 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until thick and pale about 5 minutes. Fold one-third of chocolate mixture into egg mixture. Fold remaining chocolate mixture, flour and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9-inch pan.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Pour warm Fudge Icing over hot brownies. Cool on a wire rack.

Yield: 2 dozen.

Fudge Icing:
Bring fist 4 ingredients to a boil over medium heat, whisking con- stantly; boil 1 minute or until sugar dissolves. Add vanilla and beat 1 minute.
