Instructions: Grease an 11x7-inch casserole, beat eggs, milk and seasonings. Crumble bacon or sausage into eggs and milk mixture. Put croutons on bottom, next the grated cheese, pour egg mixture over it. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
