1 pkt lemon gelatin powder
2 cup boiling water
1 can orange juice, frozen concentrate 6 ounces
1 can pineapple chunks in heavy syrup undrained, 20 oz.
1 can mandarin oranges undrained
Instructions:
Instructions: In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in orange juice.

Stir in remaining ingredients, except banana. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Just before serving, add banana. TIPS: Green or red grapes, pears or other fresh fruits in season can be substituted or added in addition to the bananas.
