1 lb Loaf Italian Bread
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1 x Clove Garlic minced
1/2 tsp Salt optional
1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
2 x Green Onions thinly sliced
1 med Tomato seeded and chopped
1/2 cup Sargento Classic Supreme Shredded
Mozzarella Cheese (6 oz)
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut bread in half lengthwise. Place cut side up on a foil-lined baking sheet. Combine oil, garlic, salt and pepper; drizzle over bread. Sprinkle with green onions and tomato; top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake in upper half of oven at 500 degrees F for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges of bread are browned. Cut into 1-inch pieces. Place on serving platter; garnish with parsley.
