Instructions: Dissolve yeast in warm water. Pour boiling water over sugar and butter and stir. Add eggs and beat. Cool completely then add yeast; add flour and salt. Chill, covered, for 4 hours. Turn out on floured board and knead until satiny (about 10 minutes). Grease bowl, add dough and chill. Knead again and shape into rolls. Let rise 1 hour and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
