Instructions: Mix eggs and sugar. Add oil , vanilla. Then flour,salt, baking powder.
Mix thoroughly. Add almonds(1 cup miniature choc chips is nice also). Form into long loaves about 1/2" high (not too wide-they spread when baking) Bake in slow oven 350 for 20-25 minutes. Watch carefully. Slice and sprinkle generously w/cinnamon and brown in oven at 350 until desired doneness Email this Recipe:
