280 gm cooked roast beef
455 gm cooked cabbage shredded
or chopped
680 gm cold mashed potato
60 ml gravy
1 x salt and pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut the roast beef into bitesized pieces.

Mix with the cooked cabbage mashed potato gravy and seasoning to taste.

Heat the fat in a large frying pan (preferably nonstick).

Add the mixture to the pan and flatten to form a cake.

Cook over moderate heat for 10 to 15 minutes until the base is brown and crispy.

Turn the cake over and brown the other side or gently mix so the crispy pieces are evenly distributed through the cake.

When piping hot and browned turn the cake on to a warmed plate and serve.

Serves 6
