Ingredients:

100 gm Black sticky rice
400 ml Water
4 tbl Palm sugar, (60 g.)
6 x Cm cinnamon
Salt to taste
40 x Cm pandan leaf
8 x Cm ginger, julienned
Instructions:
Instructions: WASH and soak the rice for about one hour. Bring the water to a boil.

Add palm sugar, cinnamon, salt, pandan leaf and ginger. Add the rice and cook for about 30 minutes or till done. When cooked, put in a serving bowl. Sprinkle a little palm sugar and coconut milk over it.

Serve hot or cold.
