Instructions: 1. Place the tomatoes, vinegar, chilli, most of the parsley and seasoning to taste in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Cook the bucatini following instructions on the pack. 3. Meanwhile, heat the oil and fry the onion and bacon for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden. 4. Add the cooked bucatini and tomato mixture, heat through and transfer to a warmed serving dish. Sprinkle with the remaining parsley and serve immediately.
