1 x	yeast cake
1/2 cup	water
2 cup	milk
3 cup	buckwheat flour
	----------------- In the morning add: ----------------
1 tbl	molasses or sugar
1 tsp	salt
2 x	beaten eggs
1/4 tsp	soda

Instructions:

Instructions: Have greased griddle hot.

Dissolve yeast cake in water, add milk.

Mix with Buckwheat flour and Beat vigorously.

Let rise overnight.

In the morning add rest of ingredients.
