Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 cup Buckwheat flour
1/4 cup Sifted whole wheat flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Freshly grated ginger
1 x Scallion, chopped
3 x Egg yolks
1/4 cup Melted butter
1 tbl Sesame oil
4 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup Milk
3 x Egg whites
----------------- BLOOD ORANGE AND HONEY SYRUP ----------------
1 cup Blood orange juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix dry ingredients together. In separate bowl mix the wet ingredients (not including egg whites). Add dry ingredients into the wet mix. Whip the egg whites to soft peaks and fold into batter.

Allow batter to rest 30 minutes before making your pancakes.

Yield: 50 3-inch pancakes.

BLOOD ORANGE AND HONEY SYRUP:
Warm gently upon service. Do not boil.

Yield: 2 cups.
