3/4 cup	buckwheat flour
3 tbl	powdered milk
1/2 tsp	salt
1/2 tbl	vegetable oil
1/2 tbl	honey
1/3 cup	mashed banana
1/3 cup	coarsley-chopped raisins

Instructions:

Instructions: Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machines manufacturer. Process on the Basic cycle.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
