2 tbl Sesame oil
2 x Cloves garlic
2 tbl Cooking oil
1 x 200 gram can Chinese mushrooms
200 gm Straw mushrooms, (7 oz)
200 gm Button mushrooms, (7 oz)
1 x Red pepper
1 tbl Light soy sauce
200 ml Water
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil and fry the garlic until light brown. Add all the mushrooms and red pepper and fry over high heat for 2 minutes. Add the sesame oil, soy sauce and continue to stir fry for 2 minutes.

Dissolve the cornflour in water and add to the wok. Bring to a quick boil and dish up to serve.
