1/4 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
1 lb Chicken Breast Halves Skinned And Boned
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
Vegetable Cooking Spray
Instructions:
Instructions: In a shallow dish, combine yogurt, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Add chicken and turn to coat all sides. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, occasionally turning chicken in marinade. Preheat oven to 350. Remove chicken

to help crumbs adhere. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Arrange chicken breasts in one layer in a baking dish coated lightly with spray. Bake for 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle lightly with salt, if desired.
