Instructions: Remove broiler pan from oven, line with foil and spray with no-stick vegetable cooking spray. Set oven to broil.
Whisk oil, Tabasco sauce and garlic together in small bowl until blended. Place thighs, skin-side up in single layer on middle of broiler-pan rack. Brush with Tabasco/oil mixture. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat source 10 to 12 minutes until thighs are golden. Brush thighs with more oil mixture, turn and brush other side. Broil 7 to 9 minutes longer until chicken is opaque nearly to center and juices run clear when thigh is pierced. Serve with blue cheese dressing, if desired. This recipe yields 4 servings.
