2 tbl Margarine or Butter
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tbl Margarine or Butter, melted
1 tbl White Vinegar
3 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
Celery Sticks
Carrot Sticks
Zucchini Sticks
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 425F degrees.

Cut each chicken wing at joints to make 3 pieces; discard tip. Cut off excess skin; discard.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a rectangular pan, 13X9X2 inches, in oven.

Coat chicken with flour; shake off excess flour. Place chicken in pan.

Bake uncovered 20 minutes; turn chicken over. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes longer or until light golden brown and juice of chicken is no longer pink when center of thickest pieces are cut; drain on paper towels.

Mix 1 tablespoon margarine, vinegar, Tabasco sauce, and salt in a large bowl until well blended. Add chicken; toss until evenly coated with pepper sauce mixture. Serve the vegetable sticks and Blue Cheese Dressing.
