Instructions: Place onion and green pepper in a large brassier and saute in vegetable oil over medium-high heat until onions caramelize.
Place buffalo meat, water and all the seasonings, including the Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce, in the pan. With a wire whip, breakup the meat until it is loose. Add the refried beans and bring to a simmer. Braise the buffalo taco meat for about 2 to 3 hours over a low heat or until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened. Email this Recipe:
