8 -10 servings
Ingredients:

2 lb pork tenderloin
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbl sherry
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp dry mustard (Colmans Mustard is the best!)
2 tsp lemon juice (fresh)
Instructions:
Instructions: Place tenderloin in a zippy bag. Combine remaining ingredients in blender.

Pour over the meat and seal bag. Marinate in fridge for 4 to 5 hours. After marination is done, preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove the meat and marinade and bake for 35-45 mins. Make sure the meat on the inside reaches 155 degrees. Serve w/ rolls.

Yields 8 -10 servings.
