Ingredients:

2 cup Water
1 cup Bulgar
2 tbl Olive oil
1 x White onion - chopped
2 x Cloves garlic - minced
1 stalk celery - chopped
1/2 cup Red bell pepper - sliced
2 tbl Hoisin sauce
2 tsp Hot chili paste
1 tbl Soy sauce
1 cup Frozen peas - thawed
1/2 cup Parsley - chopped
1 cup Shredded carrots
Lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Directions: Boil water and pour over bulgar. Set aside for 10 minutes. Heat oil in large skillet. Saute onion, garlic, celery, and bell pepper for about 4 minutes. Add hoisin, chili paste and soy sauce. Cook for 3 minutes. Drain bulgar. Add to pan along with peas, parsley, carrots, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes until heated through.
