1/4 tsp active dry yeast
2/3 cup bread flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup bulgur wheat plus
2 tbl bulgur wheat
1/3 cup chopped fresh dill
(or 1 1/2 tbspns dried dill weed)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbl vegetable oil
1/2 tbl honey
Instructions:
Instructions: Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by machines manufacturer. Process on basic cycle.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Yield: 1 loaf
