Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
250 gm Bulgar wheat, (8oz)
1 x 432 gram can chick-peas, (15 1/4oz)
1/2 x A cucumber, chopped
75 gm Unsalted peanuts, shelled (3oz)
4 tbl Freshly chopped chives
2 tbl Natural yogurt
2 tbl Olive oil
1/2 x A lemon, juice of
1 tsp Curry powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Soak the bulgar wheat in warm water for 30 minutes.

Drain it and squeeze it dry thoroughly. Put it in a bowl.

Drain the chick-peas, and add these and the cucumber, peanuts and herbs to the wheat.

Beat together the remaining ingredients and fold them into the salad.
