Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, mix well. Form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes, or until the juices run clear and no pink remains. This recipe yields 12 meatballs. Comments: These are great because you can freeze them in plastic bags (once theyve cooled) to have at your fingertips for warming in your favorite soup, as a great stew main ingredient or, yes, for topping cooked pasta.
