Mince the meat and onion and add to the breadcrumbs with the herbs and segsonings Mix well and shape into four round flat cakes Toss them in a little flour Melt the lard in a frying pan and fry the burgers until they are brown Add the tomatoes cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes until thoroughly cooked Serves 4 Before serving place a slice of cheese on top of each burger and grill till bubbling and brown Email this Recipe:
