Instructions: Mix first four ingredients together and boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Set aside: allow to cool. Crush the Oreo cookies; add melted butter and spread in a 9x13-inch pan. Refrigerate until good and hard.

Sprinkle peanuts on top of Oreos, then spread softened vanilla ice cream on. Next pour the cooked chocolate mixture on ice cream. Freeze.
