Instructions: Grease large casserole or baking dish. Place sliced potatoes in bottom of dish, salt with the 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add uncooked rice, hamburger balls, sliced onion, sliced carrots, shredded cabbage and pour tomato juice over all. Salt and pepper to taste. This dish may then be baked at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, or refrigerated and baked the next day.
