1 lrg pie crust, (Pet-Ritz)
2 cup milk or whipping creme
3 x eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white or black pepper
1 tsp chives, chopped
3/4 cup Swiss cheese, grated
2 slc ham, 1/4" thick
Instructions:
Instructions: Brush butter on pie crust. Mix ingredients and fill pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Put foil on bottom rack in case of spill.
