Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown butter in pyrex baking dish in 375 degrees oven for 15 minutes. Add sherry, basil, salt & pepper, garlic, margarine, and lemon. Mix well and add filets to liquid. Turn over to moisten well. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
