3 x Just ripe peaches, (or nectarines) (3 To 4)
50 gm Unsalted butter, (2oz)
2 tbl Flower honey
2 tbl Sweet muscat or dessert wine, (2 to 3)
Instructions:
Instructions: Halve and slice the peaches. Heat the butter with the honey in a wok.

When dissolved, toss in the peaches and the sweet muscat or dessert wine. Reheat until bubbling and serve immediately with vanilla ice cream or mascarpone.
