1 pkt lime Jell-o
2 cup boiling water
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 pkt (8 oz.) butter mints
1 x (10 oz.) carton non-dairy whipped topping
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt mints in water. Add Jell-o and pineapple. Store in refrigerator 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Stir in marshmallows and topping. Put in 9 x 13" pan.

Freeze several hours. Set out of freezer 20 to 30 minutes before serving. Keep frozen.
