2 x eggs/separated
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tbl baking powder
1 cup flour
1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat waffle iron. Spray iron with Pam or non-stick spray before first waffle. Whip egg whites till stiff but not dry. Set aside. In separate bowl, food processor or blender, combine egg yolks, milk, baking powder, flour & melted butter. Beat, until smooth. By hand, fold in reserved egg whites & chopped pecans. Proceed according to waffle iron manufacturers directions. Serve with maple syrup & garnish with pecan halves.
